This 14-year-old girl completely blows my mind! Snaps to McKenna for making her way to Hasboro headquarters before making her way to high school! Goofing around with her brother and an Easy-Bake-Oven was all she needed to get started. Do you ever think about colors of toys when you're playing around? McKenna came to the realization that even as a young teenager she is an "activist." A lot of young girls don't know what this means and sometimes the word can scare them off. I know when I was in middle school I associated an "activist" with some scary people yelling in front of the White House, getting arrested (I guess these are just all the examples we saw videos of in history class... and there was usually pretty intense music playing in the background). But in reality, spunky, outspoken, 14-year-old McKenna creating an online petition is an activist! YOU could be an activist with a few quick clicks and a cause.
