Women of Winter Olympics

I don't know about you but when I think of the winter olympics the immediate mental image I have is of crazy people doing stuff like this:

Winter X Games and Olympic medalist Gretchen Bleiler catches some big air Wednesday night during the superpipe practice on Buttermilk Mountain.

Because for some people, gravity is not a thing (apparently).  I got to thinking...THAT IS AN ACTUAL PERSON.  Actually.  A person who wakes up in the morning and eats cereal.  Who has hopes, friends, family and (presumably some) fears.  In this case this person is Gretchen Bleiler an awesome, award winning athlete who also happens to be casually gorgeous and is making a huge comeback from a brutal but super cool pirate-eye-patch injury because breaking her face was only a slight delay in this woman's unending quest to win at everything.  If you want to put a face on some of the other mind-blowing female athletes of this winter olympics, check out this article form the Huff Post.
